The rules and expectations for using StreamFlix. By using the Service, you agree to these terms.
Last updated: April 26, 2026
By accessing or using the StreamFlix website (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service. We may update these Terms at any time, and continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
StreamFlix is a free content discovery interface. We display metadata (titles, descriptions, posters, ratings, cast information, etc.) sourced from public APIs such as The Movie Database (TMDB). Playback links are embedded from independent third-party providers. StreamFlix does not host, upload, store, transmit, or distribute any video, audio, or other media files itself. All streamed media is the sole responsibility of the third-party provider from which it originates.
The Service is provided free of charge. No account, registration, subscription, or payment is required. We do not collect payment information of any kind.
You agree that you will not:
The Service contains embedded content and links to third-party websites that are neither owned nor controlled by StreamFlix. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, advertising, or practices of any third-party websites or services. You acknowledge and agree that StreamFlix is not responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of any such third-party content.
All trademarks, service marks, trade names, logos, and copyrighted content displayed on the Service are the property of their respective owners. The StreamFlix name and branding are the property of the website operator. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right or license to use any third-party intellectual property.
Because StreamFlix does not host or store any media files, takedown requests for specific content must be directed to the third-party provider that hosts the content in question. We are unable to remove media we do not host.
The Service is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We do not warrant that any third-party content is accurate, lawful, or available in your jurisdiction.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, StreamFlix and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your access to or use of the Service or any third-party content accessed through the Service.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless StreamFlix, its operators and affiliates, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debts arising from your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the Service at any time, for any reason, and without notice or liability.
These Terms shall be construed and enforced in accordance with generally applicable principles of law, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in a competent jurisdiction selected by the operator of the Service.
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. The most current version will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date.
For questions about these Terms, please refer to the StreamFlix website. We do not provide direct contact methods. Inquiries regarding specific media content must be directed to the third-party provider hosting that content.
